The Church of Chicago: Touching lives for the sake of the kingdom
The Church of Chicago demonstrates the love of Christ by touching lives in significant ways. "If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food and one of you says to them, 'Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,' but do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus faith by itself , if it does not have works, is dead" (James 2:15-17).
Our faith in Christ is the key to our moving from darkness into light. Faith, however, is also expressive in actions as well. Works will not redeem us but they demonstrate the work of Christ in our lives.

TCOC has donated cows, goats, chickens, school supplies as well as clothing to those who are in need of care and compassion at home and internationally.
